What's stored

When a vehicle is added to this tool, we store: the registration plate, the owner's name, and optionally a job title and employer (BOXT, E.ON or Zuno). If you ask us to change or remove an entry, we also store whatever you write in that request.

Why

So that people using the Leeds office car park can find out whose car is blocking them in, without needing to track someone down in person.

Who can see it

This tool isn't indexed by search engines, but it also isn't password-protected for looking things up — anyone with the link can search the list. Treat it as visible to anyone in the building, not just the person searching.

How long we keep it

Indefinitely, until someone asks for it to be corrected or removed — there's currently no automatic expiry.

Correcting or removing your entry

Look yourself up in the tool and use the Request a change link on your result — say whether you'd like something corrected or want to be removed entirely, and it goes to an admin to action. You don't need an account to do this.
